OneClickExports is a capacity building program on online selling and exporting for Turkish small and medium size enterprises (SMEs), carried out under the auspices of the Ministry of Trade and Turkish Union of Chambers (TOBB), with the cooperation of Amazon Türkiye, Bogazici University Lifelong Learning Center (BUYEM), PwC Turkey and TOBB Economy and Technology University Continous Education Center (TOBB ETU). Providing a comprehensive learning platform, the program offers a one-stop shop for training, resources and support on online selling and exporting. The program has four main value propositions to Turkish SMEs:

- Live events: Physical and online events (conferences, Q&As, category specific webinars on export target countries)
- Free advisory sessions: 1:1 advisory sessions with PwC Turkey consultants on customs, tax and incentives related questions for those who complete at least 70% of video trainings
- News and resources: Access to the latest news, reports, podcasts on e-commerce and e-exports
Delivering a keynote speech at the event, Richard Marriott, Country Manager of Amazon.com.tr, said: “Supporting SMEs is a fundamental part of Amazon's operations around the world. Globally, SME products account for more than half of all units sold in our online stores. We also continue our programs and investments to empower SMEs in Türkiye. The number of Turkish SMEs selling on Amazon has increased by more than 50 percent compared to the previous year, reaching over 25,000. To date, Turkish SMEs selling on Amazon have created over 35,000 jobs in Türkiye to support their businesses online. With the OneClickExports program that we initiated together with the Ministry of Trade and TOBB, we continue to support the empowerment of Turkish SMEs in e-exports.”
